FOOD PANTRIES

The Little Free Pantry is housed on the front porch of the church office at 51 South Street. This Pantry is a mission outreach of the church and is supported by its members and those in the community. It is meant to be an emergency resource for those in need until they can get to another pantry that can provide additional support. It is open 24/7, no questions asked. You can support the Pantry by dropping off donations in the bin on the porch or in the one located at the back of the building. Needed donations include dry beans, canned beans, white rice, pasta & pasta sauce, cereal, canned fruits and vegetables, hearty soups, canned meats, stews and pasta, pancake mix & syrup, peanut butter & jelly and individual snacks. Monetary donations can be mailed to First Baptist Church, 51 South Street, Manasquan, NJ 08736 or give via Venmo – @first-baptistchurch

We also support the Manasquan Ministerium Food Pantry which is located in the lower level of St. Denis Church, 90 Union Avenue, (route 71), Manasquan. MMFP is an outreach of the 15 churches that comprise the Manasquan Ministerium. MMFP is a member pantry of Fulfill, but also relies on both food and monetary donations in order to serve those from our community and surrounding towns. Current needs include white rice, canned beets, canned carrots, mixed vegetables, mixed fruit, pineapple, applesauce, granola bars & paper towels. Donation bins are located near the MMFP entrance and on the porch of the Rectory. Aldi, ShopRite and Costco gift cards are also appreciated.
